The University of Louisiana at Lafayette opened the Nick Pugh Aerospace Electronics Research Laboratory during a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday. The facility was formerly the Cajun Advanced Picosatellite Experiment, or CAPE, Satellite Lab, which Pugh helped establish.
